We could not verify a universal Yolla offer giving every user 10 free international minutes. The earlier headline should not have promised that benefit. The official service describes conditional credit rewards and destination-specific calling prices instead.
A credit bonus and a fixed number of minutes are different. The duration a balance buys depends on the rate for the number you call and the service’s billing rules. Check those details before installing or paying because of an offer.
What the official referral offer says
Yolla’s India-facing rewards page describes a bonus for inviting someone who follows your personal referral link and makes a first payment. Its FAQ adds that the referred person must be a first-time user and describes a qualifying top-up of at least $4.
The rewards page advertises a $3 bonus for each eligible participant, but the current Bonus or Get bonus screen is where you should confirm the campaign rules for your account. Simply downloading the app does not establish that a reward has been earned.
Before using a referral link
- Open the current reward screen and read the eligibility conditions, required payment and reward amount.
- Make sure the friend actually wants the service. Do not describe a paid qualifying top-up as a no-cost offer.
- Follow the stated registration process and check that the referral has been recognised before making a qualifying purchase.
- After the conditions are met, check the account balance. If the credit is missing, contact official support rather than repeatedly paying.
Yolla’s FAQ says referral tracking can fail if installation and registration are disconnected from the link, including a switch of network during that process. These conditions matter; this article does not guarantee that a referral will be credited.
How many minutes does a bonus buy?
Use the rate for the actual destination, not the app’s lowest promotional starting rate. As a simple illustration, a hypothetical $1 balance at $0.10 per billed minute covers ten billed minutes, while the same balance at $0.20 covers five. These are arithmetic examples, not current Yolla tariffs.
Check Yolla’s current rates and the charge shown before calling. Do not assume that the balance buys the same duration for all countries, landlines and mobile networks.
Can bonus credit expire or be withdrawn?
The service’s terms say promotional credits are for personal use within Yolla, cannot be converted to cash and may be withdrawn if unused for 30 days. Campaigns can change or end. This is why an old offer should not be treated as a permanent entitlement.
Welcome offers are different from free credits
Yolla’s official Welcome Offers page describes discounted subscriptions for new users. These involve a payment and automatically change to a regular monthly subscription when the introductory period ends or its minutes are used, unless renewal is cancelled as required.
Review the covered destination, included minutes, initial charge, regular price and cancellation timing. The current general offer page does not establish a free ten-minute benefit for every user or every destination.
If your bonus is missing
Use Yolla’s official support channel and explain which campaign you used. Keep the purchase receipt and relevant offer details. Do not share verification codes or full payment-card information in a public comment.
For ordinary paid calling setup, see our Yolla rates and calling guide. The correct app is Yolla: International Calling on Google Play, not the unrelated app previously linked in this article.
How to Uninstall Yolla
If you joined a recurring Welcome Offer, cancel its renewal through the billing provider before leaving the service. Also review any automatic top-up setting. Then open Settings → Apps → Yolla → Uninstall. Removing the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription or convert bonus credit into a refund.
