Fast Call does not promise a fixed 30 minutes free daily in the official listing reviewed here. It advertises calling credits. How far a balance goes depends on the rate and charging rules shown for your destination, so an 800-credit promotion should not be described as a guaranteed half-hour call.
This article concerns the Android package net.whatscall.freecall, displayed as Fast Call by Fastnet Team. The package name contains “whatscall,” but that does not make it WhatsApp or establish any affiliation with another similarly named service. Confirm the identity before following setup advice.

Separate credits from calling time
The official listing describes internet-based calls to mobile and landline numbers, including recipients without an internet connection. It advertises rewards and tasks for credits. We have not measured call quality, reward delivery or destination availability.
Before dialling, identify the exact country and number type. A rate for one mobile destination does not establish the rate for every number in that country. Look for the displayed credit charge and any rounding or minimum-charge rules. If the interface does not explain them, ask support before buying a balance.
For example, 800 credits divided by a hypothetical 100-credit-per-minute rate gives eight minutes before other rules. A rate of 400 would give two minutes. These are arithmetic examples, not verified Fast Call prices. Neither calculation supports a universal daily 30-minute allowance.
Compare the effort required to earn rewards with the usefulness of the call. A lengthy task, separate purchase or disclosure of personal information may cost more than you intended. Read each offer’s conditions rather than treating every credit opportunity as a free gift.
What the privacy disclosures say
Google Play’s Data safety section declares collection of personal information, app activity and other categories, encryption in transit, a deletion-request option and no third-party sharing. These are developer-supplied disclosures; encryption in transit does not by itself establish end-to-end encryption for conversations.
The linked privacy policy, dated 7 January 2024, describes device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising identifiers and usage information. It says account email and phone details may be stored, and describes third-party analytics and advertising SDKs that can access information. Its advertising-partner language needs to be read alongside the store’s sharing label.
The policy says dialled numbers are transmitted to enable calls but are not retained as server call records; recordings, when used, are described as local to the phone. These are publisher statements, not findings from our own audit. Do not assume that a local recording is private if you later upload or share it yourself.
Google explains that Data safety collection and sharing definitions have specific scope and exceptions. If a difference between the policy and store declaration matters to you, request clarification. A simple “safe” or “unsafe” label would hide the uncertainty.
Make the first call a controlled test
- Use the matching store page. Check the package identity and device eligibility. Avoid a modified APK promising unlimited minutes.
- Review permissions individually. Understand why access is requested. Microphone access relates to speaking, but unrelated permissions should not be granted just to dismiss a prompt.
- Record the starting balance. Note the rate shown for the destination and any stated maximum duration.
- Call someone who expects it. Agree on a brief conversation and a backup contact method. Ask whether audio works in both directions.
- Check the resulting charge. Compare the balance and call record before attempting a longer or important conversation.
A successful test is evidence about that call, not a guarantee for another day, network or destination. This guide does not make broad claims that the app works throughout India, the USA or Europe. Regional access and calling routes need to be checked for your particular use.
Failed calls, missing credits and purchases
If a call fails, check the number and network, then record the error, time, app version and balance change. Avoid repeated attempts when unexplained deductions continue. Do not buy more credit merely because the first call did not connect.
The official listing provides admin@whatscall.net for support. Send enough information to identify the problem through that channel, but keep full contact lists, passwords and payment-card details out of the message. A private order reference may be useful for a purchase investigation; it should not be posted in a public review.
If you paid through Google Play, consult Google’s refund policy. Eligibility depends on factors including the purchase, timing, payment route and location. A refund request is not a guaranteed approval. For a purchase processed elsewhere, use the receipt to identify the appropriate provider.
| Situation | Suggested response |
|---|---|
| Short casual call | Check the rate and test a small balance |
| Long scheduled conversation | Compare transparent prices and a backup channel |
| Unexplained deductions | Stop repeated attempts and contact support |
| Emergency | Use an established emergency-capable phone service |
Frequently asked questions
Is Fast Call completely free?
Rewards may offset calling costs, but the app includes advertising and in-app purchases. Internet access also uses data. Read the actual purchase and offer screens before committing.
Can I assume it replaces my SIM or mobile plan?
No. An outgoing internet-call feature does not establish permanent incoming service, identity-verification support or emergency calling. Keep the communication services you need for those purposes.
Does a high store rating guarantee reliable calls?
No. Ratings describe other users’ experiences and can vary over time. They do not establish the result for your device, number or network.
Delete the account and uninstall
The policy describes in-app account deletion for stored email and phone information. Use that process first if needed, and retain any support confirmation. Separately review recordings you saved or exported.
To uninstall, open Play Store → profile → Manage apps & devices → Manage, select Fast Call and choose Uninstall. Check any recurring purchase separately; removal does not establish cancellation or a refund.
Update policy: We will revise the Fast Call 30-minutes-free-daily explanation if official reward terms or rate information change. We do not promise a daily allowance or independently verified call quality.
