A December 2024 creator release note labelled an Android build as an unofficial port by C18. That is historical evidence about that release, not authentication of every current APK or a guarantee of present compatibility.
Why “unofficial port” needs context
A creator mentioning a community port does not make every mirror, modified build or similarly named file trustworthy. Conversely, a port being unofficial does not, by itself, prove that it contains malware or infringes the creator’s rights.
We have not verified a current APK’s integrity, minimum Android version, permissions or update path. Do not rely on a version number copied onto a download page.
Questions to resolve before changing an installation
- Does the release information come from the identified creator?
- Is the file a main release, patch, compressed edition or community port?

- Who provides support for the port?
