Why old availability claims need correction
The Indian Express reported in July 2025 that ALTT was among platforms subject to a direction disabling public access in India. This is a dated report, not a fresh network test or confirmation of the service’s status on every device today.
That history makes the old suggestion to simply buy a specific cheap plan unreliable. This review has not verified a current subscription price, catalogue, restoration of access or partner entitlement. We therefore do not reproduce the previous price or promises about other streaming services.
An article written before a service change can remain searchable long afterwards. Check the date and the actual transaction terms rather than assuming the availability table still applies. If a service cannot be verified, do not pay an intermediary who promises to restore it.
What a modified installer does not prove
A package bearing a familiar name can be created or redistributed by an unrelated party. The name alone does not establish publisher authorization. A badge reading safe or verified also needs a meaningful source; it is not an independent security assessment.
An installation that finishes successfully does not prove that a subscription is active or that the claimed content can be accessed. Likewise, a failure does not identify one specific cause. A changed service, unsupported device or damaged file are different possibilities.
We do not certify a mod as working, rank download websites, or provide access workarounds. A VPN, emulator or different file extension should not be presented as a guaranteed fix for unavailable content.
Start a billing check with the receipt
If you see a charge, locate the receipt and identify who processed it. Record the date, amount, product description and account used. Avoid posting the full receipt publicly because it may contain personal or transaction information.
A charge from Google Play should be checked in the Google account that purchased the subscription. If you use multiple accounts, an empty subscription list under one account does not prove there is no subscription elsewhere.
For a charge handled by another provider, use that provider’s genuine account or support channel. Do not give a stranger your password or one-time code to search for the payment. A search advertisement is not proof that a support number belongs to the biller.
Cancel a Google Play subscription correctly
Google’s guidance explains that uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription. On Android, open Google Play, your profile, Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select the relevant subscription and follow Cancel subscription if that option is available.
Read the confirmation and retain the effective cancellation date. Cancellation concerns future renewal; it is not automatically a refund of an earlier payment. If the subscription is absent, check the purchasing account and receipt before concluding it has been cancelled.
If you did not pay through Google Play, those steps do not manage another provider’s billing. Ask the actual provider about its cancellation and refund process. This article cannot promise a refund, a response deadline or continuing service access.
If an unknown app has already been installed
Stop using the unfamiliar app and review what happened. Merely opening a web page, downloading a file and installing an application are different actions. Note whether you also entered account information or approved permissions.
Android lets you review permissions through Settings, Apps, the selected application and Permissions. Remove access that is unnecessary or that you no longer want the app to have. Menu wording can vary by manufacturer and Android version.
Keep Play Protect enabled. Google documents checks for potentially harmful apps and possible warnings or removal. A result without a warning is not an authenticity certificate. If you entered an important password into an untrusted screen, secure that account through its genuine security settings using a trusted device.
Choose the response that matches the problem
For an access problem, do not buy a supposed unlocking tool. For a billing problem, use the receipt and billing provider. For an unwanted installer, remove the file or app. Combining these into one vague problem can lead to unnecessary payments or changes.
Write a short support message with the amount, date and issue, omitting passwords and codes. Say whether you want cancellation, an explanation of a charge or a refund review. Clear requests are easier to assess than a demand to make a modified app work.

Use the app information screen in Android Settings to uninstall an unwanted app. Google also documents removal through Play Store, profile, Manage apps & devices, Manage, select the application and Uninstall.
Deregistering a subscription, deleting an account and removing local software are different actions. Keep necessary receipts before cleanup. Delete unwanted downloaded installers separately, and seek manufacturer support if app removal is blocked.
